What started out as a summer job over 25 years ago has turned into a life long passion.

They say it takes 10,000 hours to become a master at any skill. Running a construction company requires me to be a master at many skills. At first I mastered my trade. Then I did everything I could to master the skill of leading my team. Finally it was the business part that I needed to master. All of these areas take constant attention and practice.
